Change can be a good thing. We invite you to evolve your jewelry alongside your milestones and lifestyle.

Evolve your jewelry. Spend at least double the amount of your original purchase on your new trade-up piece, and receive the full value of your original piece in return. 

Please note, only guests who purchased online at heartsonfire.com, or over the phone at 877-PERFECT are eligible for inclusion in this lifelong trade-up program.

We invite you to trade up your Hearts On Fire jewelry for another item if:

• The product being traded was purchased online at heartsonfire.com or over the phone at 877-PERFECT,
• The product being traded fits within the following categories:
o Loose serialized diamond
o Engagement ring (Must have Diamond Identity Document and AGS Certificate that were included with original purchase)
o Necklace, bracelet, earrings, or women’s and men’s rings
• You are the original owner of the Hearts On Fire jewelry.

Terms & Conditions

Program is available only to the original purchaser of the item(s) and lasts as long as the original purchaser owns the item(s).  Any trade-up must be done by the original purchaser.  Valid only for purchases made at www.heartsonfire.com and only towards new purchases made at www.heartsonfire.com. The original item purchased may need to be returned and evaluated to Hearts On Fire to qualify for the trade-up.  Diamond(s) must be in original Hearts On Fire mounting(s). The trade-up purchase must at least double the amount of the original purchase price.  Sales tax is nonrefundable and cannot be applied toward trade-up.   Hearts On Fire reserves the right to revoke and/or modify this policy at any time and for any reason.
